RIBA Good Practice Guide

Published in 2009 and written by Philip together with John Collins OBE DipArch SPDip RIBA FRTPI, Past President of the Royal Town Planning Institute, this Good Practice Guide for architects on the planning system of England and Wales extended and updated two previous editions. It was well received and quickly found its way onto the recommended reading list at several schools of architecture and planning (“best planning law book for the non-specialist” - review by Dr Jon Talbot MRTPI of the University of Chester).
